Lunar Eclipse pics.

On Saturday 8th / Sunday 9th November 2003 the moon passed behind the Earth during a lunar eclipse. The following pictures were taken using a combination of video and digital still cameras.

00:59 - Almost at Total Eclipse.

01:25 - During the total eclipse, this image was taken with a digital camera using a 2 sec exposure which is why it looks brighter than the others. The orange colour is due to Sunlight being refracted (bent) by the Earth's atmosphere.
